How to add left and right margins and change margins and main menu items color

Hello I created a new page on Shopify but the left and right margins and their color is not the same as my other pages. I would like it to obtain the same margin as on the second picture and have it be this color #EFF6F9. Also, I would like to know how to change the color of my main menu items (Home, get peeq+, personalize box etc...) to white because it looks too dark on the blue font I added. Please let me know how I can do that!

i wondering what the template you did choice when create a new page and what the way you did implement when created the page? Maybe when you created page you had no choice the template page wrong.

- your store URL;
- page URL with the issue you mention;
- storefront password (if your store has one).

for the issue of menu item color, you can add the short code bellow at the bottom of the  /assets/colors.css file:

.header .main-nav ul li a{

color: #ffffff;

}

And when i'm check on your store, i see have some issue about structor layout and style need adjust in header part. so if you want check and customize, can you contact with me.
