Not sure if it's possible or it requires a longer process. I'm looking for a way that customers can upload a media file (SVG, PNG) from the product page and add it to the cart with the product. This way I receive the product order with the file showing a custom design.

Not sure if there are any Shopify Apps that may work. Any solutions/suggestions would be great!

Yes, some Shopify Apps can help you achieve this, such as Uploadery or File Upload. These apps allow customers to upload files directly from the product page. You can also customize the app to accept specific file types.
