I have made an app named Cancellable (https://apps.shopify.com/cancellable),

which allow customer to cancel the order on the customer account page like this :

Hi

Customers can self-cancel the products from the account page through a custom code. I have implemented the same without any third-party APP or API. I have attached a screenshot. Please see this. Please let me know if interested.
