How to add recipient details to gift card product pages on Brooklyn theme?

Hello - does anyone have the Brooklyn theme and was able to successfully add the Recipient Name, Recipient Email and Message fields to their gift card product pages? Is there a Custom CSS I can add to that specific product page?

I'm trying to make it possible for the gift cards to be sent directly to the receiver, instead of the gifter having to forward the email. I know this is automatic on some other themes but I'd like to avoid switching to a new theme if I can avoid it.

So far, no luck, unfortunately. I see details of it being possible on other themes but I don't want to change my theme.

I got so sick of this not being there that I finally got around to making the Gift Card recipient functionality work with Debut. It should work with other 1.0 themes, but I have not tested it. See it here. Its with code and instructions - but please note that I am not tech support - this works for me and requires really basic coding knowledge (cut and paste code into files).
