Step 1: Go to Shopify Admin -> Online Store ->Theme -> Edit code

Step 2: Search file theme.liquid

Step 3: Insert this code above </head> tag:

Hey pal @NOT1 here are some steps that should help you do this-

1) First, go to Shopify admin then themes then click on customize

2) go to the “body” page then add “multicolumn” 

3) Click on a particular “column” inside the multicolumn section and then select the “add image” panel on the left

4) then upload the image
