How to add two aspects to the announcement bar (middle still changing) on Focal Theme

Hey Guys, I want to add 2 aspects to the announcement bar as seen on the screenshot I added. Please note that the announcement on the middle is changing all the time and the view is same on the mobile version too.

You seem to be posting a lot of English questions on changing the look of your theme. Are you not happy with the theme and have you also tried other themes that might be a better fit? 

Then, you are posting in a German-speaking forum here, not English. But if you want to speak to a few EN-speaking developers who can code that for you, then post the questions that you posted here also in the EN Design Forum here. Some developers will answer there with any code help you need.

Hallo Ben du Seefahrer :D, 

 Mir war nicht bewusst, dass ich in das deutsche Forum schreibe. Ein anderes Theme muss nicht sein, weil dieses Theme von E-Commerce-Betreibern genutzt wird, die Millionenumsätze machen. Es handelt sich einfach nur um Verbesserungen. 

Was mich aber irritiert hat, ist, dass ich bislang immer internationale Antworten bekommen habe, die nie deutsch waren.

Ja, wenn du im oben-verlinkten Leitfaden postest dann sind das primär Entwickler aus Indien und USA. Hast du deine Frage da gestellt? Wenn ja, kamen welche auf deine Fragen zurück?

Tatsächlich habe ich bislang nur im englischen Feed gepostet und bin überrascht, wie gut es funktioniert. Ich habe bis jetzt auf alle Fragen Codes von mehreren gesendet bekommen, die alle funktionieren. Danke für den Hinweis, es ist deutlich effektiver dort zu posten. Habe diese Anfragen dort auch sofort beantwortet bekommen.
