How to adjust font size of announcement bar and Header on Mobile (Dawn scheme)

I would like to adjust font size for both of announcement bar and Header on Mobile (Dawn scheme) without changing desktop version.

Please add this code to your theme.liquid above the </head> to get this solved

Step 1: Online Stores > Themes > More Actions > Edit code

Step 2: click on theme.liquid and paste the code above the </head>

When checking on the issue for you. I've noticed one issue that you can consider to add the favicon here that will make your store become unique to customer
