How to attach text to an image in the Studio theme?

Hi,

I am using the Studio theme and want to have an image with test below (centred or left)

I want the text to be attached to the picture, so It will always come together with the picture even on the mobile. Any clues?

Then Have to do it custom, using custom liquid code.

It will took 2-3 Hours approx, to everything manage from admin.

Please let me  know need any help.
