Hello!

My image banner changes size on mobile version when scrolling up or down. It change it's position and size zoom just a little and it look like my site has buggs. I want my banner to look like pdf file with no image zooming and scrolling smooth.

Images behaviour is already set to "none" so that's why I have no idea what to do.

My website is: https://www.karpovastudio.com/

Hope you have some ideas!

Hey!

No, I didn’t figured it out. If I understand correctly, the issue isn’t with the code itself but with the way the website opens when you use the link in the Instagram bio.

Do you know how to fix it?

Might found it! Try turning off : Constrain media to screen height

Thanks for the kind words about Shopify! I understand you're having issues with your store's display when visitors come from Instagram links - with pictures changing size and screen jumping during scrolling.

Let me find some information about this Instagram link display issue.

Reading through a few Shopify help documents: Instagram ShoppingUploading imagesTroubleshootingChoosing a social media imageSupported appsProduct media types

This issue with Instagram links causing display problems on your store is likely related to how your theme handles mobile responsiveness when visitors come from Instagram.

To fix the jumping screen and resizing images when visitors come from Instagram:

  1. Check your theme's image settings in the theme editor to ensure proper aspect ratios are maintained
  2. Review your slideshow and banner image settings - these can cause display issues on mobile
  3. Make sure your images don't have excessive whitespace that could cause layout shifts
  4. Consider updating your theme to the latest version if available

If these steps don't resolve the issue, you might need to modify your theme code or contact your theme developer for specific assistance with Instagram traffic handling.
