How to change cart icon into text dawn theme

I'm looking for someone who can help me change the cart/shopping bag icon. I want to change the icon into text. 
Can someone help me with this?

Follow this

1. Go to Online Store->Theme->Edit code

2. open section->header.liquid file and find "icon-cart' where you can remove this and place your image or icon

Do you know what to write if you want to change it to "cart" instead of an icon or image?

you can simple add this instead of icon code, it will display text instead of image or icon
