How to change color of announcement bar in Dawn theme

Hi, I tried searching for how to change the color of the announcement bar on the top of my webpage, but couldn't find any instructions for Shopify's Dawn theme. I'm willing to try editing the theme's code in order to accomplish this if anyone can help me with that.

Hi @melimiya 

So go to the customizer, when you go to the announcement bar there is a color scheme there. Choose whichever you want, in my below example I chose Accent 2. Then go to your color theme settings and change accent 2 colour. Obviously anything linked to Accent 2 will have that colour change to it.

Thank you for your response. I actually want to change the color to
something other than the black, white, and green colors available on the
Dawn theme. I wanted more of a pink color to match the rest of my website
branding. Is there any way for me to change the color of the announcement
bar to a setting outside of the default colors?

Sorry not following, you are able to change the accent colour to whatever colour you want as mentioned in my first post
