How to change Notification Messages like - Welcome on Account Registration

Hi,

How do I change the notification messages on Account Registration, Order Confirmation etc.

 

For example - After registration, customer is receiving a welcome message - "You've activated your customer account. Next time you shop with us, log in for faster checkout." I would like to change this message to something else. Could you please tell me how I can change it?

This is an accepted solution.

Hi @paulson1 

Your store email should be verified, it may be your client email if you are not the store owner, and if your customers are created manually then there email should also be verified to send order notification emails, they verify it during registration process, if their email I s not verified then you can notify them to verify it once again.

And while testing from backend, it goes to store owner email normally, when you click send, you will see that email and verify it if its not

Hi @paulson1 
You can change it from Settings --> Notifications --> Customer Notifications
You will find Settings link at the bottom in shopify backend left side bar

Hi @pawankumar ,

I tried it already, but when I try, I receive the below message - "Before you can edit notifications, you need to review and verify your sender email."

 

I am on the partner account, I changed the email to customer's email.

But, when I click on Resend Verification from Notifications screen, customer does NOT receive verification email.

Not sure whether it is because I am on the partner account.
