How to change product variant option name

I would like to keep everything only change the blue highlight part name. please see screenshot below. want change COLOR to OPTION.

Hi @X-DREAM ,

Please follow these steps:
1. Access your Shopify admin page, select Online Store => Themes
2. Search for the Theme you are using, select Edit code

3. In the code folder, find the theme.liquid file and add the following code here and click Save

Code to add:
