How to change "Back to Blog" text in Dawn theme

I want to change the current "Back to Blog" link text to "Back to Recipes".

How can I do this?

1. In your Shopify Admin go to online store > themes > actions > edit languages

2. Search for the text you want to change
3. Update it accordingly

Similar to Diego's awesome response, but this is how I did it...

1. In your Shopify Admin go to online store > themes > click three dots > edit default theme content

2. Click on the Blogs tab.

3. Scroll down and edit content.

Hello

I want to do the same but I have 2 blogs:

One is 'news' so 'back to blog' is fine

the other is 'recipes' so I want to change it to 'back to recipes' on that page only

I would be grateful for your support as there is no option to just change one in the theme editor.
