oh sorry for that issue, can you try this code its work

1. Go to Online Store->Theme->Edit code
2. Asset->/base.css ->paste below code at the bottom of the file.

.announcement-bar__message {font-size: 16px;}

This has worked on Collection/Product pages, but the Home page font still appears small?
