How to Change the Effect for All Containers

Hey, I’d like to modify the effect on all my containers.

Currently, when you look at my container, you’ll see some placeholder text. When I click on the container, the text shrinks and moves to the top-left corner.

What I’d like instead is for the text to stay as it is (normal size) when you click on the container. Once I start typing, the placeholder text should disappear, leaving only the typed content visible.
