How to change the font size of titles on collection list only on mobile in Dawn theme

Hi there! I'm trying to change the font size of the titles of the collection list. I'd like to make the font slightly smaller so that it fits on one line on mobile. I've tried a bunch of different suggestions found in the forums however nothing seems to work.
