How to change the payment button

Hey guys, how can I change the second payment button to Apple Pay? I’d like to make this change only on mobile.

This button cannot be changed or edited. It is the Shopify checkout button

I don't want to edit it; I just want to change it to show something like Shop Pay on desktop and Apple Pay on mobile, if you know what I mean, because it automatically shows PayPal for me. I've seen several people who have Shop Pay instead of PayPal on desktop, and it shows Apple Pay on mobile.

How did they change it to Shop Pay and Apple Pay?
