You can add your collection seo title and description following below steps

1. Login to your shopify admin

2. Open the collections under the Product

3. Choose a collection and scroll down, you will find where edit the collection seo infomation.

The specific page you are talking about is the page of all collections: https://www.makerlab-electronics.com/collections/all

Currently, you cannot set its meta title and meta description in the Shopify backend, and you will find that you cannot find this page in the backend.
