How to change this white section on my collections page?

Please help I have looked everywhere on Shopify for how to change this white line on my collections page to match the rest of my page or to remove it but I cannot figure out how.

Go to online store ----> themes ----> actions ----> edit code ---->base.css ----> line number 779
search this code

.title--primary {
margin: 4rem 0;
}

and replace with this code.

.title--primary {
margin: 0rem 0;
}

 result

You can add code by following these steps

1. Go to Online Store -> Theme -> Edit code.
2. Open your theme.liquid file

3. Paste the below code before </body> on theme.liquid
<style>
@media screen and (max-width: 767px){
   #shopify-section-template--17268853801135__main .title--primary {
        margin: 0 !important;
   }
}
</style>

- Please follow these steps:

- Then find the base.css or theme.css file.
- Then add the following code at the end of the file and press 'Save' to save it.

 

.title--primary {
    margin: 0 !important;
}
