How to change variant title font size - focal theme

Hi Shopify people !

I'm trying to understand how to change the font size titles above the variant boxes on the product page. I have an addon box below that has its title font in bold and I want to match the others font titles above it. I've included a screen grab to illustrate. I'm not that good at understanding code and where to insert, could you give me a path to get to the proper location thanks

go to online store > edit code > base.css or theme.css and then paste this css in the file
