How to coding embedded code from Klaviyo for email subscription?

I’d like to add an embedded code from Klaviyo to generate a 15% off discount for subscriptions, but since I’m not familiar with coding, I’m hesitant to make any changes to our current e-commerce site. Is there someone who can assist with adding this code, or perhaps guide me on how to do it?
