How To Convert SCSS to CSS (Boundless Theme)

Hello everyone! As you all know, CSS files will make your website a lot faster on Shopify, but does not compile their file from scss.liquid to css.liquid.

Websites like https://www.sassmeister.com/ does not work anymore for compilation, and I'm circling endless on YouTube.

I am having a lot of trouble trying to convert SCSS to CSS for SEO purposes through Visual Studio Code.

If someone could help me or guide me some way that would be great!
