Shopify themes, liquid, logos, and UX
Hi, I'm trying to create a dealer page on my wholesale site and i'm encountering an interesting error. On my dealer authorization page, in the theme editor (Dawn theme), i've created a form on Shopify's Forms app and loaded it into my page, but when I do, theres a whitespace about half the page long that pushes the form down and overlaps with the footer. Can anyone offer suggestions on how to fix this? theres nowhere in my CSS or html that is telling it to format it this way, and the forms app doesn't have any padding settings to modify the spacing either. I've attached a screenshot to show this whitespace. Any suggestions would help here. This is the last piece of my puzzle needed to get my site up and running.
Hi @GoDarkBags
Without being able to see your website or the code it's difficult to pinpoint the problem. From my experience it seems like a CSS problem as mentioned in your post. I highly recommend to inspect the page in your web browser and attempt to change the CSS dynamically within the browser to see if you can fix the problem and then apply that fix to the code. If you are unsure how to do that then you might need a Shopify Partner.
I'll inspect it in my browser and see what I can do. Thank you for the recommendation!
