How to create a header dropdown menu for subcategories?

Hi all,

I have been trying to add a header drop down menu for my shopify store. Something like this:

 

The theme I'm working with is refresh I can't seem to get something similar working. This is a problem because I have several subcategories I would like the user to be able to pick from (e.g clothing → T-Shirts, hoodies, pants etc.). Any guidance is appreciated!

Hi @BBB3 

This is called Mega Menu, thi is included on the default design on the the header. 

When you go to the Customize theme > click header > you can check the right side > And youll see this button. 

Click the Mega Menu and save.

Hi! Thanks for your response! I tried enabling the mega menu the way you mentioned but it does not seem to have any effect on the header buttons. How would I properly utilize the mega menu?
