How to create a product page using Pagefly

Hi Everyone, 

I was trying to copy the product page of a store, I don't know if it is built in shopify but what makes me interested to this site is their order form in product page. Sine we have the same niche, I don't think that the traditional product page order form with add to card and buy now button is suitable for me. Is it possible to do this kind of order form usign pagefly? See attached photo for reference:

If the form just ask for some details from the user that you need along with orders, this can be custom coded.

Nice, so basically this acts as a calculator first and then a product form. 

Most important thing here, how is the cost calculated. So do you have a defined set of rules of how you estimate the cost which we can then translate into code?

Is this the only service or product you provide or there are others?

If there are other products that you sell and that doesn't include this form functionality, we will need to create a custom template if not then we don't have to worry about it.
