How to create a simple size product filter for all collections?

Hi There, I run a sustainable fashion marketplace (www.shopwiseofficial.com) and I'm unable to find a simple and cost-effective way to create a size filter for product collections.  Any suggestions? Just looking to have a collections filter on the left where customers can select between sizes XS-3XL and only products in the sizes they select will show up in the collection. Many of the apps have so many other services included and aren't worth the cost IMO. My paid Shopify theme doesn't have a filter option either. Appreciate your support, thank you!

You can try checking Shopify Search & Discovery app. It's a free app.
You can limit to show only Sizes.

Inside the app, add new filter with Size and you're good to go!
