I want to create a widget for customers to sign up for monthly or annual subscription plans. I’ve noticed that current subscription apps are based on store products. Is there a way for me to create monthly or annual subscription plans on my store’s homepage?

You can create product variants with 3 options: 1 Week Trial, 4 Week Package, 12 Week Package. And to display as image need customization and to do that you need to develop
