How to create / add a link to open the cookie settings panel? (Trade Theme)

Hi,

Can someone help with below. How can i create a ling for the cookie settings panel where a customer can adjust their cookie consent? Now it's only possible via the cookie consent, however in The Netherlands the customer should also have the possibility to adjust it anytime.

You can use Shopify apps to add support for that or you can use external 3rd party tools like CookieYes as well.
