How to create an image floating on top of another image?

Hello! How can we create an image similar to the first image on this website, https://immieats.com/. Where the forward image (noodle bowl) is superimposed and glides above the background image (Asian buildings) as the user scrolls. Is there a specific theme that allows for this or can someone help us put it into our Shopify website?
