How to custom code an Infinite Slider on homepage for logos

Hello Coders of Shopify!

I am trying to step away from a plugin/app and hard code an infinite slider on our home page for various logo images. I currently have Elfsight widget but it seems to be cumbersome and slowing pagespeed down a fair amount. Id like to step aeay from the app and custom code one in. any direction on how to do so? Even just which section on the "edit code" area and how to link it to the homepage would suffice. Just looking to bounce thoughts with a fellow coder so I know which areas I can start building it out to.

@KetanKumar So essentially copy and paste the 3 languages of code there and create them in separate files? or? this is where I am stuck is how to build out each separate page in liquid
