How to customise my Shopify footer to look more like this reference image?

Hi,

I am wondering how (and if it’s possible) to customise my footer to look like the image attached. This image is of my old website on Squarespace. For some reason, the headings in my footer are aligned to the center whereas the body text is not.

The most important part which I would like to integrate is the box about registering artwork. I would like to link this to a page with a form where customers can enter their details so I can track limited edition prints or artwork.

To achieve a footer like the one in your screenshot, you’ll want a Shopify theme that supports multi-column footers, flexible content blocks, and custom sections. Both Craft and Dawn themes can be customised to achieve all of that.

Alternatively, have code written.
