How to delete a persistent banner from my online store?

I am trying to delete the banner/bar at the top of of my store (above the header - "Free shipping on orders over $100.00"), and I cannot figure out how to get rid of it. I can't tell if it's coming from an app that was previously uninstalled and didn't remove the banner with it. Can anyone identify the app being used here or recommend how to delete the code? I can't seem to figure it out. Thanks!

Hey @cherchezlamont 

Follow these Steps:

1) Go to Online Store
2) Edit Code
3) Find theme.liquid file

4) Add the following code in the bottom of the file above </body> tag

<style>
.\32 df-mars1 {
    display: none !important;
}
</style>

RESULT:
