How to delete and add sections in imported themes?

I have downloaded and imported a theme from Envato Elements which is great however, everything is quiet limited.

I can work around it however, I really do need to find out how to add and delete sections. I have included screenshots of how my customiser looks like as well as the link to the theme used.
