How to delete app blocks from Thank You Page

Hi there - I've run into some trouble. I've added app blocks to a thank you page but when I tried to drag them to arrange them, they seem to have duplicated. And now, I can't delete them. I'd deeply appreciate any advice on how to remove these from my thank you page 🙂

Hello please where did you find "remove app section"? I cant find anywhere option to remove it

In the Thank You page where you're customizing it with apps, click on the app. It'll show you the app and a "Manage App" link. Look waaaaaay at the bottom an "Remove app" is down there. It took me ages to find it. (See screenshot)
