Hi Folks, How to Delete the Announcement BLOCK from the HEADER in the AREA, Boosted Theme?

I know you are suppose to use the buttons to make it either invisible or delete it, BUT...somehow I managed to make that button invisible, lol.

Can someone please help me delete it in Apparently Liquid?

Below is the block I need deleted X marks the spot.
