How to disable auto selection of variant (Shopify 2.0 stiletto theme)

I am trying to disable auto-selection of variant on product page and quick add. I can't seem to find the correct way to do it on Shopify 2.0. store with Stiletto theme.

Hi @C-W-Mel Auto selection use to happens from javascript code, so you need to identify the file and then find the code for selection and then remove or update the JS code according to your needs.

If you will unable to implement the same then I'm happy to do this for you, let me know. I can implement the code changes so that this will work well for you.
