How to display low stock levels for Baseline theme?

Hello! I'm looking for a way to display low stock levels on our Baseline theme? Just to show it on products that are less than 5 in stock. I tried following other tutorials but I'm unable to add a custom liquid block to my product pages, and the Shopify tutorial for displaying stock levels totally broke my product page. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks so much! 🙂
