How to display more than 24 products on a collection page for Dawn Theme v 11.0.0

Some of my collections have hundreds of products and it's annoying to only access 24 at a time. I need a workaround to display more, or even infinite scrolling to display more than 24 products on a collection page for Dawn Theme v 11.0.0
