How to edit mobile header - remove log in icon and align other icons to the right?

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to modify the mobile header on my Shopify store. Specifically, I’d like to remove the log-in icon and align the remaining icons to the right. I’ve attached some images to better explain the issue.
