How to edit the header?

I have the Impulse theme, but I need to edit the header in this specific part, I will attach an image of how the header is right now.

And how I would like it to look like.

The spacing between columns is bigger, that's what I want.
I would also like to know how I can change the font size.

I understand that it should be by CSS but I don't know how.
