How to edit the 'powered by Shopify' space for company registration info?

hi everyone, 

when i first set up my shop i removed the "powered by shopify" message which now just reads "2023, Dog Meats Bone"

by  law i now need to have somewhere on my website that i am a registered company and i thought that might be a good space to put this information.  

for the life of me i cannot work out where in the footer.liquid file this is located and where i can add that information.

It will be in copyright class. Search for that class and it will have this text
