How to get multiple announcement bars with custom logos

Hi, yes I know how to do liquid coding! I've done some other custom codings in the past but there isn't a guide on multiple announcement bars - could you please explain how we can code this feature in? (if you need me to send any store code from a specific block let me know) - thanks!

Yes, it can be done manually, but it requires writing quite a lot of code. I recommend looking into simpler solutions like adding plugins. Otherwise, it is possible to create both fields found on the sample site.
