How to hide 'Compare at Price' when it's lower than the actual price?

Hello Guys,

We store the Sale prices in (Compare at price) field 
and in the day of sale we run a bulk task that will swap the (Price) with (Compare at price)

so the sale begin 

Before
the compare at price never show if its less than the price itself 
Price = 100 
compare at price = 50
the website wont show the compare at price because its less than the price

But, after a theme update it's showing

Can anyone help me with the code that wont allow to display the compare at price if its less than the price ?
