How to hide sections on mobile/desktop? (dawn theme)

We recently switched our website to a 1 product page. We would like to display on desktops a featured product section with our product, whereas on mobile a featured collection containing our product, so a collection with only 1 item (since on mobile it displays it fine on 1 column). So essentially we'd want to hide the featured collection on desktop and hide the featured product on mobile. How can we do this?

you can do this by using CSS media queries. 

Hide one section for desktop and the other for mobile
