Hi @RubenTantä ,

You can increase the width of Legal page content as follows:

1. Go to online theme -> edit code -> Asset -> policy.css

2. Ctrl + F find CSS class name, .shopify-policy__container

3. modify code as follows:

.shopify-policy__container {
    max-width: 560px;
    /* max-width: 65ch; */
    margin: 0 auto;
    padding-left: 20px;
    padding-right: 20px;
}

If you'd like to keep increasing width, just change max-width from 560px to 600px.

Hello @RubenTantä

add this code to your “style.css” file.

Navigate to online store >> Click edit theme code.

Now find  “style.css”   and paste the following code:

.shopify-policy__container{max-width: 1200px !important;}

I will need to get this done via coding, and I will like to ask you certain questions because instead of providing your login, why not add as a staff member?.

Sorry but the CSS class name, .shopify-policy__container did not appear in my code. It's fixed now but thank you very much for your time.

Hi,

I'm using a 2.0 Dawn theme, however I could not find the policy.css under the Assets folder.

I'm a newbie to web design, please help me.

Thanks

Is there a solution for 2.0 themes that don't have a policy.css or style.css asset? (Specifically the theme "studio")

I may be a bit late. But yes!

Navitage to online store > edit code > Assets > base.css

Scroll down to the bottom of the file and paste this code in:

.shopify-policy__container{max-width: 1200px !important;}
