How to insert a CTA button in every blog post theme?

How do I add a CTA (html button) into the theme for the blog template? I want this to appear on every blog post page. If possible, it would be nice to be able to edit href location and the title of the button.

Not exactly a CTA button, but the blog CTA app lets you insert a CTA banner into every blog posts. You can add hyperlink into the CTA banner from there I guess.
