How to justify the menu header in the Dawn themes using scroll-button - backwards and forwards

Hi everybody,

I've been looking for a solution for my menu header in this forum, but I can't find a solution.

I'm a new member of this forum and a newbie/beginner using Shopify.

My question is, how to tidy up/justify the menu header in the Dawn Shopify themes using "scroll-button" "backwards" "previous" and "scroll-button" "forwards" "Next" as on the following website:

And this is what I have done on my website, but the menu header is still messy:

 

Would greatly appreciate help with code and steps

it is possible but needs a lot of time with HTML, JS and CSS code.

thanks for replying to my post.

Is there another way that can apply to my header menu navigation bar to fit into the line? Because the navigation bar looks like it's becoming two rows.

I am very grateful if you could send me a link reference ( based on existing post from this forum member or youtube tutorial)
