How to link different Product Pages to the Color swatches?

hi, hope you guys are doing well. 

So I‘m using the Focal theme and since I couldn’t find any solution yet, I thought I‘d ask you guys here since I‘m a beginner and you guys probably have experience..

So I have 3 different product Pages for a type of Product. The Products are almost completely the same, the only difference between these 3 are just the materials. 

Still I wanted to create 3 different Product Pages to them and have all materials as color swatches/Variants on each of the Product Pages. I managed to do that with metafields. 

Now the problem. I wanted to link the product Pages to each of the variants, so when I‘m for example on the product Page for „wooden Pen“ and I click on the Variant „carbon Pen“ I get redirected to the „carbon Pen“ product Page. Put I really don’t know how to do that. 

please help, can I somehow do that or does it require coding?

This requires coding.

Yes, it required Coding (Some loop needs to add) . You can set it with a List of Meta fields. or If you need color and another field in the variant - you have to go with Meta Objects.
