How to link menu item to a section on home page?

My store is serenelyyours.myshopify.com
I have an "About" button in homepage menu, and a "Welcome" section at bottom of homepage. How to link the "About" button to that "Welcome" section so that when people click the "About" button, they will see the "Welcome" section in focus?

Just simply add this link below in your About menu and when you click on it, it will take you to the Welcome section on your homepage.
